1. Information Collection and Flight Documentation
We collect essential flight parameters, crew credentials, cargo manifests, and operator data to secure CAA landing/overfly clearances and arrange ground supervision in Sri Lanka. All information is managed in compliance with ICAO safety protocols and national civil aviation guidelines.
2. Data Security & Storage
All sensitive operational parameters, cargo details, and crew copies transmitted through our web portal or FBO systems are stored inside secured database frameworks. We utilize industry-standard cryptographic techniques to prevent unauthorized disclosure, leaks, or intercept.
3. External CAA Sharing
To successfully obtain flight clearances, relevant flight coordinates, captain licenses, and aircraft registries are shared exclusively with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) of Sri Lanka and official airport handling agencies (e.g. Airport & Aviation Services Sri Lanka). We never sell or distribute corporate operator databases to third-party marketing entities.
